    Many parents are looking for answers as to how can their child reach the max potential height specially if they have a son and believes that being taller has advantages in life.

    Check some of the advice of parents like yourself regarding the ideal height of a child as they grow up.

    Best Food for Height Gain

    You may want to be aware of the food your child wants to eat. There are several food groups and one of them will help your toddler reach his maximum potential  height.

    Foods that are rich in different nutrients are said to be the best height increase food. Vitamin A, protein, and zinc are said to affect the most in most of the height growth process, this is according to many research and studies conducted.

    But you’ll still need a balanced diet of calorie and others nutrition such as other vitamins, calcium, minerals, fat, and fiber to maintain a healthy physic and support your height growth. You must also remember that too much is not good as well as too less. So keep a balanced diet is recommended.

    Sleep and Exercise can Increase Height

    This is applicable to both adults and kids. Sleep and good exercise are proven facts that it help in increasing height.  Toddlers needs at least 8 hours of sound sleep. For exercise, let them play and do some physical activities.

    Most toddlers take at least one naps during the day at this age and are able to sleep all night (for 11-12 hours). If not, check to make sure that your toddler has a good bedtime routine and has developed the proper sleep associations.
