Not enough breastmilk

The more you nurse your baby, the more your breasts are stimulated to produce milk. Let your baby suckles for as long he wants. Giving a massage to your breasts is a great way also, it helps to increase the production of milk. While it stimulates the breast, it also promote circulation, which it can improve yoyr blood flow to some extent.
